On March 26–27, we organized a warm and inspiring camp outside the city for parents living with HIV and their children.
These two days were filled with both meaningful discussions and heartfelt interactions, as well as enjoyable leisure activities. Participants took part in various sessions where we talked about the latest achievements and progress in the field of HIV, discussed the importance of self-care, explored the fundamentals of a healthy lifestyle, and also addressed personal data protection and digital safety. For the children, we organized a cartoon screening followed by a discussion, while throughout the camp there were plenty of games, team activities, and joyful moments.
This camp became not only a space for learning, but also a great opportunity to receive mutual support, share experiences, and build new connections. By the way, this is already the third year that the camp has been implemented by the “Real World, Real People” NGO.
We are grateful to all participants for these memorable days.
The program was implemented with the support of the UNAIDS Office in Armenia.
