On March 6, the "Real World, Real People" NGO collaborated with the Yerevan State University (YSU) Continuing Education Center to launch a course and the "Human Library" project, with the support of the United Nations HIV/AIDS project. To highlight the importance of spreading awareness about HIV and AIDS among the youth, Nairohi Safaryan, project coordinator at RWRP NGO, began by presenting the fundamental concepts of HIV and AIDS to students and teaching staff at YSU, along with pre-contact and post-contact prevention measures, and also discussed the psychological and social aspects of working with people who live with HIV. The Living Library or Human Library project is a unique initiative that aims to promote inclusion and diversity by challenging stereotypes and discrimination. It offered the opportunity for people to have a conversation with a man living with HIV and gain a better understanding of his experiences, challenges, and perspectives.
