At the start of the year, the Stigma Index survey was initiated by the "Real World, Real People" SNGO, targeting individuals such as IDU living with HIV, LGBT+ living with HIV, and people living with HIV in Armenia. The primary objective of the research was to examine instances of discrimination against individuals living with HIV. Leading up to World AIDS Day, the "Real World, Real People" SNGO presented an analytical report at the UN Armenian office. This report, conducted with the involvement of national researcher Mariam Mkhitaryan, was discussed in the presence of partner organization representatives. Attendees had the chance to familiarize themselves with the research findings, statistical data, and engage in discussions and inquiries during a question-and-answer session. The meeting concluded with an agreement to organize a more extensive group discussion. Published as part of the regional project "Stabilization of services for key populations in Eastern Europe and Central Asia" and the SOS project 2.0, the analytical report received support from the Central Asia Network of People Living with HIV.
