Zhenya Mayilyan, chairperson of "Real World, Real People" NGO, conducted a training for the organization’s team on medical workers’ and professional ethics. The training was part of the team’s ongoing capacity-building efforts, aimed at revisiting key ethical principles, strengthening existing knowledge, and gaining new skills.

Zhenya Mayilyan, who is also a member of the Ethics Committee under the Ministry of Health of Armenia, presented the main ethical rules that healthcare professionals should follow in their daily work, emphasizing responsibility, respect, and impartiality. She also addressed behaviors that may constitute ethical violations — such as discriminatory attitudes or breaches of confidentiality.

The discussion allowed the team to reflect on their own experiences, better understand ethical nuances, and approach both professional and collegial relationships with greater awareness. Such meetings contribute to the team’s professional growth and the continuous improvement of our service quality.
